Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with system operations, attempt unauthorized access or use the platform for unlawful activities.
Spam, fraud, fake inspection requests, abusive behaviour, uploading malicious files or attempting to manipulate inspection results are strictly prohibited.

Vehicle Health provides secure payment options for inspections, mechanic registration and future marketplace services. Please review our payment, cancellation and refund policies before booking.
Inspection charges are displayed before booking. Buyers can pay online through supported payment gateways or pay by cash if the selected mechanic offers that option.
Mechanic registration fees are determined by the platform administrator and may be charged as one-time, monthly, quarterly or yearly plans.
Online payments are processed through trusted payment gateway providers. Vehicle Health does not store complete card or banking information.
Inspection requests may be cancelled before the mechanic begins the inspection. Cancellation eligibility may vary depending on booking status.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing period of the payment provider.
Users can view payment history, invoices and transaction details from their dashboard whenever such features are available on the platform.
Vehicle Health provides an independent vehicle inspection platform. While every effort is made to ensure accurate inspections, users should carefully review all reports before making financial decisions.
Inspection reports represent the condition of the vehicle only at the time of inspection. Future wear, accidental damage or mechanical failure cannot be predicted.
The Vehicle Health Certificate is an inspection report based on visual observations and available testing. It is not a legal ownership certificate or manufacturer warranty.
The final decision to purchase or sell any vehicle remains solely with the buyer and seller. Vehicle Health provides information to assist, not replace, personal judgment.
Certified mechanics are responsible for preparing inspection reports honestly and professionally. Vehicle Health may review complaints but cannot guarantee individual mechanic performance.
We strive to keep our website and mobile application available at all times. However, maintenance, upgrades or technical issues may occasionally interrupt services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vehicle Health shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, inspection reports or related services.
